Site work and paving for a civil project in Apex, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project consists of ~1,150 feet new road construction (minor collector standard) including storm drainage, water distribution, and force main sewer. The Contractor shall complete the work required of the following contract items in Bid B (if awarded) within 150 calendar days.
