Provide electrical engineering as required for the Project and to obtain permits. 2. Provide temporary electrical facilities to facilitate construction. 3. Demolition, removal, and disposal of all lighting, conduit boxes, wiring, panels, lighting controls, etc. 4. Patching from demolition work 5. All conduit, boxes, raceways, wiring, etc. required for project for all systems. 6. Grounding as required per code conformance. 7. All electrical distribution equipment. 8. All interior and exterior lighting fixtures. 9. Lighting controls as indicated. 10. Identification and nameplates for all electrical equipment, panels, disconnects, etc. 11. All thru wall and floor conduit sleeves. 12. Complete shop drawings for all materials, systems, and equipment. 13. Installation instructions, operating manuals, spare parts lists, etc. for all materials, systems and equipment. 14. Record as-built drawings of all work installed under this contract. 15. Owner training. 16. Provide complete testing of all electrical systems and equipment. Submit certification that testing has been completed. 17. Provide complete arc flash study and labeling of new distribution equipment
