Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, April 13, 2021 11:00:00 AM The project work consists of "Demolition and Replacement of Approximately 330 Linear feet of 6' Wide Boardwalk," 2049 Sanitary Dairy Road, Dothan, Alabama, 36301, as indicated in the project documents. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the work site in order to familiarize themselves with all existing site conditions and limitations that may affect the work involved. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids will be received only from Qualified Contractors duly licensed by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors and meeting the qualifications indicated in the Project Documents
