Renovation of a municipal facility in Mountain Rest, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Set up job site staging area for debris removal. Caution tape will be displayed around dump truck/waste disposal for safety. Set up jobsite safety equipment on roof necessary to adhere to all OSHA requirements and regulations. Removal and disposal of existing shingles Install Synthetic Moisture barrier (underlayment) Install all squares and metal panels Install Ice and Water moisture barrier in valleys Install new pipe boots Reflash walls and chimneys, as needed Replace up to 2 sheets of bad decking. Additional decking costs reflected on quote form. Paint HVAC Stacks and Flashing to match roof. No bare metal is to be left showing Install Ridge Vent All work shall comply with the 2015 International Building Code All work shall be completed within thirty (30) days of the purchase order. In the event of inclement weather that may delay the completion of the work, an additional day will be allowed for each day of inclement weather that prevented work from being accomplished
