Deadline for Submitting Bid Questions at 3:00 p.m. EST Via email: ron@rjga-arch.com Deadline for Answering Bid Questions in Writing at 11:00 a.m. EST Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all Work necessary to construct the Project.The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor.Owner may provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations relative to excavation and utility locates. The Project site is open and accessible to the public everyday, from dawn to dusk The successful Bidder, who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid, shall furnish a Contract Bond in the form Contract Bond included in the Bid Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. NOTE: AIA Bond forms are not acceptable.
