Reference Number NB-XXXX-21-S444 Poles, Line Construction, Wood A bid bond of ten percent (10%) is required as stated in the tender document As a condition of Award of this Contract, it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer participate in a Job Scope Review conference call. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative participates in the conference call and is registered as having attended. The conference call will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at 10:00 AM. Tenderers must pre-register for the conference call and will at that time receive instructions and details for the conference call. The Tenderer shall not claim at any time after the submission of the Tender, or the subsequent execution of the Contract, that there was any misunderstanding with regard to the Site conditions imposed by the Contract. The parties acknowledge that the obligations of each party from time to time to meet certain terms and conditions of this Contract may be impeded by the COVID-19 pandemic and related issues. The parties agree to act in good faith by making all reasonable accommodations as the circumstances of the pandemic may require and each party will exercise reasonable efforts to comply with this Contract notwithstanding the effect of the pandemic. No party will require or encourage any person acting on its behalf to violate the terms of any public health directive or to perform any act which would place such person at a material risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus.
