Site work for a civil project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work generally consists of removal of existing rock rip-rap, removal of a HDPE outfall, installation of new articulate concrete block matting and installation of new HDPE outfall. This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashiers check for not less than 5% of the maximum amount of the Bid (Base Bid plus all possible combinations of Additive and Alternate Bid Items). Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract price. Instructions for accessing virtual bid opening will be posted on PCCA procurement website. Bids may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. Bids submitted by express mail service must be in a sealed envelope inside the express mail packaging. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received. It is anticipated this contract will be awarded at the PCCA commission meeting of May 2021. It is further anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued upon execution of the Agreement in June 2021. Contractor will complete the Project within the number of calendar days stated in the Bid. The work to be executed under this contract will commence within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the written Notice to Proceed and completed within ninety (90) calendar days of said date.
