Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the construction of a 1.15 MG prestressed concrete water storage tank with a tank mixing system; precast concrete valve vault including valves, piping and associated appurtenance; precast concrete control shed; site work; utilities; fencing; earthwork; associated equipment and controls; mechanical and electrical equipment; instrumentation, and all necessary and incidental appurtenances to complete the installation. Estimated Cost $2,350,000 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. **General Bid Date and time (04/15/2021 at 2:00 PM ET) in GC project Time of completion is set at 365 calendar days including the commencement date indicated on the Notice to Proceed, to finish all work. The new tank must be complete and online by December 1, 2021. Construction must be complete 365 calendar days from and including issuance of a notice to proceed. The new tank must be in service by December 1, 2021.
