The entire project is to be substantially complete by Sept 15, 2021. Bid schedule I "Hoytsville" is to be substantially complete by August 15, 2021. Liquidated Damages will be enforced at $1,570 per day the project is not substantially complete. Each bidder must submit a bid bond from an approved surety company on forms provided by the Surety Company; or in lieu thereof, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Summit County as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. The principle items of work are approximately as follows: 27,500 Ton HMA (1/2" max) 520 Gal Pavement Marking Paint 46,000 Sq Yd Rotomilling 47,000 Ln Ft Edge Milling Question Submission Close Date 4/1/2021 4:00 PM MDT
