Summit County is soliciting proposals from qualified teams of Architects, Landscape Architects or Engineers, interested in providing design development services for the North Summit Special Recreation District (NSSRD) Outdoor Sports Complext at Beacon Hill in Coalville, Utah, and a multipurpose field at the Summit County Fairgrounds located at 202 Park Road, Coalville, Utah. It is the intent of NSSRD and Summit County to award a contract that will accomplish the following within the project area: Design, permitting, resolution of remaining title issues associated with Project lands, and all needed construction bid documents; Design, permitting and construction bid documents for amenities listed below, watering resource evaluation, bid documents for all needed construction of water developments or other features to assure irrigation of landscape. Design of fencing layout within the project area to accommodate the trail system or public use and allow sporting events on the Beacon Hill Park and not encroach on neighboring agricultural and residential parcels.
