Renovation of a mixed-use development in Coalville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Summit County ("County") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as "CM/GC") to provide construction manager/general contractor services related to renovations and additions to the existing Public Works Facility located at approximately 1755 South Hoytsville Road, Coalville, Utah (the "project"), further described within the RFP. Proposals will be accepted only from firms that are free of all obligation and interests that might conflict with the best interest of the County and have the capacity to provide services on a timely basis. The project will include the remodeling of the approximately 2,500 S.F. existing Public Works Offices with an approximately 1,200 expansion, Construction of a new 10,000 S.F. Vehicle and Equipment Storage Building, Repair of the existing Salt Storage Building, and constructing an approximate 2,500 S.F. addition to the existing Salt Storage Building. It is anticipated that site work will be limited the area immediately adjacent to the new construction and required utility connections. A Conceptual Project Site Plan are provided with this RFP for general reference only.
