Traffic analysis for current and future demand and innovative interchange design at US-40, Exit 2 Silver Summit Interchange Summit County and the Utah Department of Transportation are requesting written priced proposals and statement of qualifications from qualified firms to provide the following services: 1. Traffic analysis for current and future demand and innovative Interchange Design. Summit County anticipates 1 to 4 of these intersections will be roundabouts or will need some other innovative design that will operate at an acceptable level of service. Optional Service: 1. Provide survey and construction drawings meeting UDOTs Design Standards for a roundabout, or other innovative alternative intersection control at the southbound on and off ramps at Highway 40 and Silver Summit Parkway (US 40, Exit 2). Consultants responding to this request should have considerable experience in the services requested. Summit County and UDOT will only enter into a single contract, with one company or firm for the requested services. Summit County and UDOT reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of Summit County and UDOT.
