The entire project is to be substantially complete by Sept 15, 2021. Bid schedule I "Hoytsville" is to be substantially complete by August 15, 2021. Liquidated Damages will be enforced at $1,570 per day the project is not substantially complete. Each bidder must submit a bid bond from an approved surety company on forms provided by the Surety Company; or in lieu thereof, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Summit County as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required.
