Site work for a water / sewer project in Cumberland, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes: Replacement of two mechanically cleaned fine bar screens, installation of two new washer-compactors, and replacement of existing metal structure with a new wood-framed structure. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the accepted bid will be required of the successful bidder. A Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall be submitted. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City with each bid The City of Cumberland is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
