This project includes the mowing, weed and general lawn care of all City Owned Commercial Properties as shown in Appendix A (Location Maps). A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the accepted bid will be required of the successful bidder. A Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City. The City of Cumberland is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
