This project is contracted with Triangle Associates under a CM agreement whereby Triangle will act as the Owner's constructor. Triangle will hold all subcontract agreements. Specialty subcontractors are being solicited at this time for the following: Building Demolition Masonry Structural Steel & Deck Miscellaneous Metals Steel Erection Expansion Joints Carpentry & General Trades Finish Carpentry Millwork Waterproofing & Dampproofing Limited Insulation Work Metal Roofing & Wall Panels Membrane Roofing Sheet Metal Sealants Hollow Metal Doors & Hardware Wood Doors Automatic Entrances Metal Windows Hardware Aluminum, Glass & Glazing Fireproofing Drywall & Related Interior Trades Hard Tile Work Acoustic Specialties Resilient & Carpet Athletic Flooring Special Coatings Painting Tackboards/Markerboards Partitions Signage Toilet Partitions & Accessories Coat Racks Manufactured Casework Window Treatments Mechanical Plumbing Insulation Sheet Metal Testing & Balancing Temperature Controls Building Electrical Instrumentation Security System Technology Data & Video Cabling. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Prevailing wages do not apply to this project. As required by State Law (P.A. 232 of 2004) all bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner and/or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the District. The Board shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. As required by State Law (P.A. 517 of 2012) all bidders shall certify that they are not an Iran linked business by noting so on the proposal form.
