Site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Greenfield Park, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Construction of a new Hospital pavilion that will house an integrated centre specializing in young and adult mental health including: - 30 adult intensive care beds; - 30 beds of geronto-psychiatry; - 84 short-term adult beds; - 30 pediatric psychiatry beds (5 beds 0-12 years old and 25 beds 13-17 years old); - Day hospitals for adults (25 places), adolescents (20 places) and children (10 places); - Pediatric psychiatry outpatient clinics. The scope of the project also includes major renovations to the Doyon pavilion including: - Ambulatory Services; - Adult psychiatry outpatient clinics. The Government of Quebec has also included into the project scope the acquisition and installation of a positron emission tomography (PET) machine and a second magnetic resonance machine as well as the relocation of nuclear medicine, which will benefit from an upward adjustment of the budget provided for in the Plan Québécoise des Infrastructures. TIMELINE: The project is preliminary, included in the Québec Infrastructure Development plan 2025-2035 and entered under the number 357 in the list of major projects of the Quebec Treasury Board Secretariat. According to the officially published information this project is considered as being "under study". Preparation of the project business case is underway. Scope of work and timelines of the project development are being finalized.
