The estimated quantities are only used to calculate the lowest compliant bid per lot and in no way constitute a commitment on the part of the CSSPI. The prices of the products appearing in the tender form will be valid and firm for the duration of the contract. No increases will be accepted. The CSSPI's commitment to the successful bidder is limited to the items presented in the bid form. Unit prices will be valid regardless of the quantity ordered. The contract will begin on the day of its award (without prejudice August 30, 2022) and will end on June 30, 2023. All products requested in this RFQ must be new.
