Reference number : 1683878 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-08 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to repair the roof of (4) four buildings at habitations Rose-de-Lima E and F located at 160, rue Rose-de-Lima, 145, rue Saint- Augustin, 5055, rue Sainte-Marie and 170-174, rue Turgeon in the borough of Le Sud-Ouest. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Architecture The repair of the waterproofing of the roofs; The replacement of the flashing, roof accessories, hatches and connection boxes (evacuation) and the addition of antenna bases; The creation of access to the roof by adding access ladders from the rear passageways; Mechanical Intervention on the evacuation ducts; Cleaning of dryer exhaust ducts from the roof; General coordination of work involving subcontractors (access ladder and others). The buildings were all built in 1976 and have three (3) floors. The structure of the buildings is of a wood frame and the outer envelope is made of bricks. A passageway is present at the back of the building and allows access to the roof. The roofs are made of asphalt-gravel dating from 1998 or 2000. The building located at 160, rue Rose-de-Lima is made up of 24 apartments; The building located at 145, rue Saint-Augustin is made up of 21 apartments; The building located at 5055, rue Sainte-Marie is made up of 5 apartments; The building located at 170-174, rue Turgeon has 12 apartments. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. . Works duration According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around the beginning of May 2023 , but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 12 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. Award is subject to final approval.
