The Société is a financially independent non-profit paramunicipal organization, mandatary of the City of Montreal. DESCRIPTION: The mandate consists of work to replace the decking and asphalt shingles, metal roofs, mansard windows and wooden frames around them, as well as the replacement of the gutters and soffits for the building located at 2995 Jacques Hertel Street in Montreal. WARRANTY AND INSURANCE: The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee for a value of 10% of the tender, valid for ninety (90) days. A performance bond and a bond for wages, materials and services, each worth 50% of the value of the contract, as well as general liability insurance in the minimum amount of $5,000,000 and construction site insurance all risks will be required when the contract is awarded.
