Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Edenton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,282-square-foot, two-story above grade museum; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is the renovation of the historic Ziegler House in Edenton, NC, used as the Edenton State Historic Site Visitor Center. Work includes a new accessible parking space, exterior repair work, exterior painting, and interior finish repair and replacement work. Bids will be received for single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. The bidder shall include with the bid proposal the form Identification of Minority Business Participation identifying the minority business participation it will use on the project and shall include either Affidavit A or Affidavit B as applicable. Forms and instructions are included within the Proposal Form in the bid documents. Failure to complete these forms is grounds for rejection of the bid. All subcontractors on C.T. Wilson projects must provide a certificate of insurance meeting the requirements - contact C.T. Wilson for the required forms. Addendum #1-#4 has been issued.
