Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Holt, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Holt Fire District will be seeking proposals for qualified licensed architectural services on RFP #22-01 to design a new fire station and surrounding area at approximately 620 Highway 90 W. in Holt, Florida 32564.The website will contain a copy of the RFP, a 70% civil engineering design of the property layout, preliminary concept plans of the new fire stationand a topographical survey of the area. All timelines, expectations and requirements will be in the proposal. All bidders will comply with all Florida State statue requirements. The Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
