Reference number : 1468595 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-04-06 The Santa Sabina Municipality request bids for the repair of St. Anne ranks Kempt and 11 th . Without being limited to it, the work briefly includes the replacement of eight (8) culverts, the cleaning of three (3) others, the resurfacing including the correction layer over 10.1 km, the granular resurfacing of the shoulders as well as all other related work including various repair and other work necessary for the complete execution of the planned works. Bids must be submitted in three (3) copies and be accompanied by the following documents: a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, valid for a period of sixty (60) days; a letter of intent from an insurance company providing a performance bond as well as payment for materials and labor. These guarantees must be equal to fifty percent (50%) each of the cost of the tender, valid for a period of sixty (60) days. The deadline for filing a complaint regarding the procurement or award process for public bodies is April 6, 2021. The Municipality of Sainte-Sabine does not undertake to accept either the lowest or the highest or any of the bids received without incurring any obligation or cost of any kind towards the bidder (s).
