Immediate need upgrades to the aeration tank gallery and access house at the Woodward Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant, including but not limited to removal and replacement of access equipment and elevated steel platform walkways in four underground aeration galleries and removal of obsolete mechanical equipment, piping and supports.
