General Scope of Work Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary (but not limited): to provide Construction of a new 8,600 square feet pre-engineered metal building including all associated sitework, site improvements and site utilities; also Construction of a new parking area, access gate and new road connecting to an existing park road in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. Construction Estimate $1,600,000 to $1,900,000 Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within four hundred twenty (420) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
