Yosemite Avenue, Madera, CA 93637 Question Deadline 04/17/2024 at 5:00 PM PT All contractual and technical questions should be directed to the Capital Projects Manager, Jorge Mendoza, at Jorge.mendoza@maderacounty.com CONSTRUCTION TIME: The successful CONTRACTOR (after receiving the Notice to Proceed) shall have Ninety (90) calendar days to complete all work called for under the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by: (a) cash; (b) a certified check made payable to the County; (c) a cashier's check made payable to the County; or (d) a satisfactory bid bond payable to the County executed by the bidder as principal and an admitted surety approved to conduct business in the State of California as surety, in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the County with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract.
