Project Title: REMODEL EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT FOR OBSERVATION BEDS Place of Performance: VA CENTRAL CALIFORNIA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, CA 93703 Project Number: 570-17-210 Description: The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the Remodel of the Emergency Department for Observation Beds, in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specification and Drawings. Work shall include construction for a new eight (8) room observation, renovation of an additional 3,600 SQ FT, and replacement of the HVAC system within the Emergency Department. Scope includes temporary relocation of the Emergency Department to a Contractor supplied modular building. **NOTE** 'Deductive Alternates' are not applicable to this requirement. Any reference to 'deduct' or 'deductive alternate' in the solicitation package is to be ignored. If there are any questions regarding this, the question(s) shall be submitted as an official Request for Information (RFI). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
