This project will install fiber in a combination of existing and new conduit from BRT stations to existing fiber infrastructure owned by the Council, Hennepin County and City of Bloomington to provide communications to the stations. 1. CSAH 1 (24 th Avenue South) and East American Boulevard within the City of Bloomington, as well as within the Mall of America Transit Center. 2. 76 th Avenue West between CSAH 32 (Penn Avenue South) and Knox Avenue South in the City of Richfield. The Work of this Project includes the construction of new communications conduit and handhole infrastructure, the relocation of existing communications conduit and handhole infrastructure, the construction of new fiber optic communications cabling, and the relocation of existing fiber optic communications cabling.
