Scope: Demolition of existing center and health building Construction includes: A parking ramp funded separately within the same CIP budget Summary: Bloomington is replacing its aging Creekside Community Center with a modern, 106,000-sq-ft Community Health & Wellness Center. The project is fully funded in the city’s new CIP. It will feature a broad mix of health, wellness, recreation, and medical services, with demolition and construction slated to begin in 2025.
