Renovation of a museum in Columbus, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Provide, deliver and install a complete audio/visual system, which will replace the current system, for the Department of Transportation/METRA Freedom Express Bus Museum. Vendors are informed that the above subject PQ is hereby modified, corrected, or supplemented as specified, described and set forth in this Addendum: I. QUESTION(S)/RESPONSE(S) Question 1: "Will vendors be responsible for removing existing equipment" Response: Yes, vendors will be responsible for the removal of existing equipment. METRA will dispose of the equipment removed. Question 2: "Does METRA have a desired installation location for the new equipment or will vendors be asked to identify the best location and have locations approved by METRA staff" Response: METRA will take vendor suggestions, and give approval, for the best location of the equipment. II. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Indicate that your firm has received this Addendum in the appropriate area(s) and include with sealed Proposal. Failure to acknowledge receipt of this addendum may render Proposal "Incomplete".
