Remodeling of a medical facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.
Bid amount totaled $163,150, which included the base bid and two add alternates. Anticipated on-site construction start date is 07/19/2021, though this has not been determined yet. As of May 12, 2021 project awarded to Parkos Construction Company. Base Bid is for all work shown on the contract drawings and referenced in the Bid Documents including but not limited to earthwork, grading, concrete, steelwork, roofing, mechanical, electrical and special fire and security systems. Selective interior remodeling of Reception area, Lab and Exam Rooms. Work at two locations in two cities to happen simultaneously. Northern Service Center 1 W Mendota Rd West St. Paul, MN Western Service Center 14955 Galaxie Ave Apple Valley, MN No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit witheach bid a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after the opening of bids. It is anticipated that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider award of the project on May 4, 2021 and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
