Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The project is a new construction of an appx. 5000 sq.ft. infill addition, along with partial renovation of a storm shelter and a community center facility in Landfall, Minnesota. Project will be designed to meet ICC 500 ICC/NSSA Standard for the Design and Construction of Storm Shelters. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by Minnesota wage rates. The project is funded in part by the Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program and is subject to the Minnesota State Prevailing Wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Overtime is governed by Minnesota Prevailing Wage statutes at M.S. 177.42 which requires overtime when an employee works more than 8 hours/day OR 40 hours/week. In addition the successful Bidder will be obligated to enter into and comply with both the Responsible Contractor Requirement (Chapter 253 [16C.285]) and the requirements of a Project labor Agreement between the Owner and the Duluth Building and Construction Trades Council. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
