Site work for an educational facility in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Excavating, backfilling, shaping, grading and compacting all areas as required to produce required finish grades, slopes and paved surfaces as per the contract drawings. .2 Supply and placement of all stormwater pipes and structures to be installed as indicated on the contract drawings. .3 Supply and placement of geotextiles, crushed rock base and asphalt as per the contract drawings. .4 Landscaping works including supply and placement of topsoil and hydraulic seeding in disturbed areas. .5 Placement of pavement markings as per the contract drawings. .6 New concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk as per the contract documents. .7 Supply and installation of new underground electrical conduits, associated wiring and connections for the parking lot lighting. .8 All other work shown on the contract drawings and necessary to perform the work. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered.
