Renovation of a municipal facility in Madison, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Madison Town Hall Concrete Steps Project The Work as shown on the Construction Drawings titled Madison Town Hall Concrete Step Project dated 10-30-2019, includes the removal of bituminous concrete pavement, excavation, grading and the installation of precast concrete steps at two different locations at the Madison Town Hall. A Payment (Labor and Material) Bond and a Performance Bond will be required as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in Bids, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept a Bid that in its sole discretion is in the best interest of the Town.
