Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Riverside, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a 12,000-square-foot educational facility.
Project will expand the current Alan M. Crogan Youth Treatment & Education Center facility by approx. 12,000 Sq. ft. The expansion & supporting site improvements will provide additional program space, classrooms, vocational training rooms, multi-purpose rooms, recreational spaces, & other amenities. This project is included in the Riverside County's 2023/2024 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Per the owner, as of February 16, 2024, this project is not anticipated to advertise for bids until early 2025. The owner states that construction is roughly estimated to begin in the spring of 2025. Project is anticipated to be completed in August 2026.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
