Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and all other items to produce, install and remove vehicle graphics. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order. Brand Name or Approved Equal - When a Offeror/Bidder intends to submit a response for an item other than that specifically named in the solicitation's scope of work, Offeror/Bidder shall submit its request for an approved equal. If submitting a request for an approved equal, Offeror/Bidder shall attach the make and model of the proposed items along with specification sheets in the Q&A section.
