It is further required that the benches and trash receptacles are to be delivered to RTA's Hemet, CA facility located at 700 Scaramella Circle. Vendor will be responsible for the offloading of benches and trash receptacles at that facility. The term of this contract is for a one-year base term for (25) benches and (25) trash receptacles with a one-year option term that can be exercised by RTA for another (25) benches and (25) trash receptacles. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced contract for this project. The Contract to be awarded may be paid for in part with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funds therefore, Bidders shall comply with all applicable terms and conditions prescribed by the FTA for third party contracts.
