The Town of Nantucket, invites sealed bids for the replacement of existing Trane Tracer Summit BMS/ATC Control System with a new BACnet IP BMS/ATC Control System. Work also includes integration of the new BMS/ATC Control System with an existing Alerton Control System with related work located at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA, The project consists of a building that houses the Fire Station and Police Station in one building. In 2019 the Fire Station was constructed and an Alterton Control System installed which includes an ACM Global Controller. Within the Police Station (constructed 2010), there is currently a Trane Tracer Summit Control System installed. The scope of work for this project includes this Trane Control System being removed in its entirety and replaced with a new BACNet IP Control System. The scope of work also includes integrated/tie-in to the existing Alerton Control System in the Fire Station. The design intent is to have both the Alerton Control System and the new BACNet IP Control System within the Police Station on one platform, controlled/viewed/monitored from one central location/workstation/platform. This single platform shall include all building graphics/floor plans and all related equipment/sensors/sequences/alarms, etc. The Building Management System (BMS) shall be completely open and shall be provided with Tridium Niagara/JACE controllers for integration with existing Alerton Control System in the Fire Station. Provide a SEAMLESS integration/tie-in to the existing Alerton Control System and all existing equipment. The integration/tie-in shall include Direct Digital Control (BMS) historical data collection, archiving and alarm, energy and information management for all existing control points and graphics. The use of proprietary networks, communication protocols or ARCnet is prohibited. The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified
