Site work and paving for a civil project in Chino Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work comprises, but is not limited to: Mobilization; Traffic Control; selective 1.5-inch grind and 1.5-inch AC overlay; ADA Ramps, adjustment of existing manholes to grade; adjustment of water valve can covers; installation of video detection, and restoration of striping, pavement markings, and legends. Technical questions regarding this project should be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 to the Project Manager, Carl Hassel, Phone (909) 364-2817, Fax (909) 364-2791; Email: chassel@chinohills.org. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A or Class C12 Contractor's license at the time of submitting bids. 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed. Said prevailing rates are available from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations Working Days - 30.
