The City of Chino Hills is requesting proposals from firms or individuals for On-Call Engineering Services pertaining to land development projects. On February 8, 2022, The City of Chino Hills adopted its 6th Cycle Housing Element which includes an additional 3,729 housing units. The majority of the proposed housing units have been designated as affordable. Additionally, recent housing legislation provides the ability to subdivide existing residential lots. In anticipation of an influx of new housing development, the City is requesting proposals for on-call engineering services related to land development, project review, and miscellaneous mapping services. Only questions with RFP - ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES - LAND DEVELOPMENT in the subject line will be accepted. Questions and Answers Posted: May 19, 2022 1. The proposal should provide up to three examples of similar on-call engineering projects. 2. Projects provided as references shall be similar in nature as the project described in this RFP. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
