Renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This RFB is restricted to qualified contractors who have been certified by the State of Oregon as an "Emerging Small Business" ("ESB") per the guidelines of the Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID). Only Bids from certified ESB firms will be considered for award of this contract. To verify your certification, please contact COBID at (503) 986-0075. ODOT is seeking one ESB qualified contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, permits, transportation and freight necessary to install two (2) new recirculating direct fired gas makeup air units on Building M of the Oregon Department of Transportation Complex located in Salem, OR per specifications described in the Request for Bids (RFB) located in the Attachments Exist folder.
