Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sycamore, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
he work order on this project shall be issued 10 (ten) days upon receiving an executed contract and at Engineers approval. Conflicts with utilities shall not have an effect on the completion date.All work on the project shall be completed by May 7, 2021. Working days will be charged as provided for in the Standard Specifications, once the work order is issued. Liquidated damages in the amount described in the Standard Specifications shall be apply to all dates listed above. The non-availability of material shall not prevent working days from being assessed.For calendar-day completion projects, the Contractor is required to work a minimum of six days per week excluding official city holidays. Work, which will require inspection by the Engineer, shall not be permitted on Sundays. A Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) Of the Total Bid or an Annual Bid Bond Is Required Prior to Bid Opening.
