Project was awarded to Schroeder Robert R Construction in the amount of $918,025.23 Project SP 034-602-037, BROS 3421 (198), On CSAH 2 approximately 0.5 miles south of TH 55 Combined estimated quantities of work are: Type S (TL-4) Barrier Concrete (3S52) - 254 LIN FT, Structural Concrete (3B52) - 95 CU YD, Reinforcement Bars (Epoxy Coated) - 64440 LB, Reinforcement Bars (Stainless-75KSI) - 840 LB, Bridge Slab Concrete (3YHPC-M) - 4121 SQ FT, Bridge Approach Panels - 171 SQ YD, CIP Concrete Piling 12" - 420 LIN FT, CIP Concrete Piling 16" - 560 LIN FT, Random Riprap Class III - 295 CU YD, Traffic Barrier Design Type 31 - 200 LIN FT, Traffic Barrier Design Transition Type 31 - 100 LIN FT, Common Borrow (LV) - 846 CU YD, Aggregate Base Class 5 (CV) - 595 CU YD, Bituminous Mixture - 544 TON, Remove Existing Bridge - 1 LS, and other miscellaneous bridge and road construction items. A minimum goal of 7.8% Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. A bid bond, cashiers check or certified check made payable to the Treasurer of Kandiyohi County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany all bids.
