Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work consists of furnishing and installing pedestrian overhead crosswalk utility poles and signage on Montgomery Avenue at Henderson High School. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10) of the amount of the bid, made payable to the West Chester Area School District. Checks or bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the contract has been awarded, or the bids rejected The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bonds in amounts equal to 100% of the contract price. Surety shall be satisfactory to the School District and shall be included in the contractor's bid amount. Recommendation for Award of Bids will be made to the School Directors at a School Board Meeting. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the West Chester Area School District.
