Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in North Venice, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City is seeking Design/Build Project Team (TEAM) to construct a park on property recently acquired by the City of Venice located on East Laurel Road. The intent of the Design/Build project is to maximize the Park Elements within the budget of $2,750,000. The TEAM will review the public outreach data, Locally Funded Agreement with Sarasota County and field conditions to maximize the amenities while remaining within the budgeted funds. TEAM shall include all necessary Engineering, Surveying, Environmental, Architectural and Construction expertise to complete the complete park project from start to finish. Site & Development Plan through Planning Commission and all other permitting required by local, state and federal agencies including permit fees shall be included within the available budget by the TEAM. NON-MANDATORY There is no pre-proposal conference scheduled for this solicitation. No Bid Bond or Payment and Performance Bonds will be required.
