Requests for Pre-Qualification March 28, 2021 University of Tennessee Neyland Stadium Renovations SBC No. 540/009-02-2017 The Christman Company has been selected as the Construction Manager/General Contractor and is soliciting trade contractor pre-qualification submittals for the UT Neyland Stadium West Lower Bowl and North Video Board projects. This project has an approximate total project budget of sixteen million dollars with a procurement starting in July 2021 and construction duration spanning nine months and construction is scheduled to begin December 2021. Bid Documents are scheduled to be available in early April 2021 with an anticipated bid date of mid May 2021. Trade contractors must be pre-qualified to submit bids on the project. A trade contractor pre-qualification form can be found @ https://www.christmanco.com/Bidding/Documents-and-Forms/Pre-Qualification-Form. Pre-Qualification Packages are due back no later than April 9, 2021. To Qualify and be included on future notifications trade contractors must complete one of the following: 1.
