Renovation of an educational facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project: Wheeler Terrace Apartments Ceiling Replacement Rooms 103, 203, 205, 301, 303, 305, & 307 Specification Sheet 1. Provide and install new Batt type R13 (minimum) insulation in the demoed ceiling areas. 2. Provide and install 5/8" sheetrock in the demoed ceiling areas. 3. Tape and texture new ceilings. Texture per owner. 4. Paint new ceiling with one coat of sheetrock primer/sealer and enough finish coats to cover (2 finish coats minimum). Color to match already completed rooms. 5. Construct and install 1/2" plywood enclosures around the exposed sprinkler piping. Enclosures to be painted to match ceiling, the plywood and quality level of this task shall be cabinetry level. The installation shall match already completed rooms. 6. Provide, install and paint crown molding around the ceiling parameter including closet interiors. Molding and installation to match already completed rooms. 7. The contractor is responsible for obtaining required permits and following all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances.
