The New York Power Authority (Hereafter, the "Authority" or "Nypa") Invites You to Submit a Proposal to Furnish All Operations Required for Design/build HVAC Upgrade for the Authority's Blenheim-gilboa Power Plant Located in Gilboa, Ny. The work consists of furnishing all plant, supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Contract Documents), and performing all operations required for the Design/Build HVAC upgrade in the 1530 Blenheim-Gilboa Power Project (hereinafter "BG") Administration Building, including, but not limited to the following: The objective of this design/build project is to upgrade the existing HVAC controls & significantly improve the energy efficiency of the existing HVAC systems in the BG Administration Building. The required work includes the installation of direct digital controllers (DDCs) to control the HVAC systems, in place of the existing pneumatic controls, as well as implementation of various energy efficiency measures, such as time-of-day scheduling to setback temperatures and reduce ventilation air in unoccupied zones. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract Term: Up to Two Years
