Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Edison, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Questions or requests for information must be submitted in writing as per Section 101.04 and received by: April 7, 2021. The County will not be responsible for verbal answers to bidder's questions. Inquiries received by the Engineer less than 14 calendar days prior to the bid opening date will not be answered. Responses to the questions will be sent in writing by: April 12, 2021. Bids must be made on the standard bid proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the names of the project and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to the Board of County Commissioners of Middlesex County, and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not exceeding $20,000 and be delivered at the place and on the hours above mentioned. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law. SCOPE OF WORK: The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, etc. as required for the construction of Project Number 122C652, Replacement of Culvert 2-C-652, North 8th Avenue over Mill Brook, Township of Edison Middlesex County, New Jersey known to be in an area containing historic fill requiring the project to be completed in accordance with the Linear Construction Technical Guidelines
