Reference number : 1492920 Expected duration of the contract (in months): 4 The University of Montreal is issuing a call for tenders in order to retain the services of a general contractor for construction work to be carried out at the Land Pavilion and Building Management Pavilion located at its Montreal Campus . Summary of the project and the work to be carried out The call for tenders includes 2 distinct University of Montreal projects located at the Montreal Campus. 55401 Amng pool retent chserv / tower The project consists of the construction of bioretention basins on the service road in order to reduce the quantity of water discharged into the municipal network. Work to add gutters, replace sump grids with covers as well as landscaping work are planned. 55438 Water retention management of buildings The project consists of modifying the existing network in order to channel the collected water to the existing retention basins. Roof drains, pipe modification and sump cleaning work are planned. The project will be separated into 2 separate contracts as demonstrated in the paragraphs above. There will therefore be an order form created for each of the two (2) projects. A payment request assigned to each project will be required. On the other hand, regarding the acceptance of the works, there will be 1 provisional acceptance certificate and 1 final acceptance certificate.
